I was blown away by the amazing infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. The hotel's unique cliff-side architecture provided fine views of the sea and local nature from every angle. The daily changing breakfast menu was a good surprise, with local dishes that were fresh and delicious!

We really enjoyed the time here. We particularly liked the quiet location on the rock, as well as the design and architecture of the hotel. There are many beautiful places in the hotel complex, with impressive perspectives, an open fireplace in the bar, and great views of the sea. . The hotel has a perfect WiFi connection. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The town of Ponta Do Sol is small and very beautiful, hardly touristy, with opportunities to eat, go for a walk, and enjoy the view of the sea. . The rooms are kept simple, the bed is very comfortable with plenty of space! On the private terrace you can enjoy the cafe with a view of the sea. Even though we had a garden view room, there was a nice side sea view. The dinner in the hotel and the bar offer everything your heart desires. An Honesty Bar is also open 24/7. . We were mostly on a hike during the day (tip: order a packed lunch at the reception the day before for the best supply for the hike), and enjoyed the hotel in the late afternoon and evening. . A 100% recommendation!

I might have been happy to have a better coffee machine in the room. But I can't think of more than that.

Super friendly staff, some lovely spaces, even though the hotel was fully booked it didn't feel cramped. Fantastic food at reasonable prices with the £/€ exchange. Beautiful position. Choice of eating in the small town but advised to book!

The bathroom needed a lot of updating

The double bed promised was actually two single mattresses pushed together, how charming! The luke warm breakfast just added to the good experience, grateful for the opportunity to wait way too long for my meal. Considering my special request was ignored, i would've thought a complimentary drink would ve been in order. A good review was close but just couldn't happen.

The location, the view and breakfast

There was mould around the shower tap, bath, basin,toilet and biday needed a good clean also cobwebs and spider under basin. Tiles had spots of paint which made it look dirty. Would i stay there again sorry but no. Receptionist need to look a little more presentable specially the females and a smile. They did not ask how was our stay on check out.

Hotel was absolutely stunning!

The staff were very dedicated people with warm and welcoming service from all of the staff, and location was amazing and lovely. The morning meal was delicious and enormous with fresh croissant and local products. Actually everything was outstanding, my next choice again in Ponta do Sol.

The weather prevented us walking down any levada's ( too slippery and dangerous)

We enjoyed fine views from our Double Room Sea View and loved the infinity pool. Unfortunately, the indoor pool cleanliness could be better.

The views from the room were amazing, and the spa facilities were fantastic, especially the jacuzzi with its fine views. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with options including gluten-free items, and the overall ambiance was perfect for relaxation.

The indoor pool could use better cleanliness.
